Given the current complex of international situation，the author reveals some basic clues to the changeable world order and emerging structure among regional powers. Among others，the author specially emphasized such trends as the chaos in Islam area provocative by outside forces，the tough stance of Russia’s re-backing to stage center as a player，the rise of emerging and developing countries such as Golden BRIC and VITAS，the contradiction between leading position and weakness of the Western countries，and the uncertainty and complexity in the coming process of globalization. The author emphasizes the necessity of a low-profile and pragmatic behavior for China as an emerging power，and affirmed the policy-lines of so-called “Peaceful Development” and “Harmonious World” as strategies.
