本文主要回顾了改革开放30年来中国信托业的法治化进程，分别对信托业立法、信托业执法、信托业司法三个方面进行了介绍，同时在回顾历史的基础上对信托业改革开放以来的法律问题进行了相关分析，并就这些问题提出了有关政策建议。
<<This paper summarizes the developments of the financial laws and re-gulations in the trust industry of China in the past 30 years of Reform and Opening-up，and introduces the legislation，the enforcement and the justice of the trust industry，and analyzes the legal problems relating to the Reform and Opening-up of the trust industry based on the review of the relevant history and provides the policy suggestions.
