Chinese government set up China Investment Corporation （“CIC”，namely “Sovereign Wealth Fund”） to operate its increasing sovereign wealth.The main characters of the environment for CIC are global financial crisis and global nationalization.With the rapid expansion of Sovereign Wealth Funds，more and more countries promulgated and/or asked to promulgate national or international legislation.The legislation mainly focuses on corporate governance，independence，transparence and accountability of Sovereign Wealth Fund.Based on these main points and the environment as discussed，the author hereof made an analysis of the main problems CIC is facing and provided countermeasures accordingly.
