Since Guizhou provincial government has placed an increasing emphasis on the construction of public cultural service,with a series of measures adopted,the overall construction across the province has been launched: a public cultural service networks covering villages,towns,Counties,Cities,and Province is basically sound. But influenced by historical problems,short of total input and an imperfect management system,the general feature of public cultural service system is insufficient though the development has been achieved. This report analyzes reasons of the lagging construction of the system of public cultural services and proposes some relevant countermeasures. <<
