This report systematically studies the current situation and effects,difficulties and challenges,countermeasures and suggestions of social management as well as the public service which the Women's Federation of Guizhou Province Participates in. From the views of current participation,by comprehensively guiding and uniting the women to devote themselves to the construction of social management and public service,the Women's Federation of Guizhou province has made remarkable achievements,formed a benign pattern and presented diversified local characteristics. Besides,their objectives are sustaining economic growth,ensuring people's well-being and maintaining stability and their requirements are promoting harmony,development and equality. On the other hand,restricted and affected by economics,politics,culture and conception,the women's federation in less developed areas confronted with many development difficulties and practical challenges from transformations,demands and resources in the process of participating social management and public service. This paper proposes multivariate selections such as reform and innovation,participation,resource reorganization and project operation from the perspective of development,including five aspects and fifteen countermeasures and suggestions which can serve as references for party committee and relevant functional departments of government. <<
