Research on the implementation of the"fluorine,arsenic and hemp poisoning"project which has been launched by the Red Cross of Guizhou province shows that the Red Cross in Guizhou province provides assistance to the endemic area by building organization system and working mechanisms of the project,making implementation policies,and organizing special activities to raise funds. The Red Cross of Guizhou province has also introduced assistant project to the endemic area,which helps make the voluntary medical services available for the endemic area as well as the integration of relief resources and health education about"fluorine,arsenic and hemp poisoning". And then,this report puts forward some suggestions accordingly. While building grass-roots organizations is being strengthened,a new working system of the Red Cross should be constructed; With the building of three platforms,it is to set up a long-term assistance mechanism of the Red Cross in the endemic area; Care for the patients who are poisoned by fluorine,arsenic and hemp through launching the three special campaigns. In order to expand the coverage of humanitarian concerns,aid stations in endemic area should be added. Meanwhile,it also needs to continue seeking support from the National Red Cross. <<
