The construction of public culture service system in a particular city guarantees greatly the local culture development, and it must reflect humanities, human kindness, and people-oriented features. Having collecting the achievements of Guangzhou's construction of public culture service system, this paper continues to analyze several problems in 2012, e.g., uneven distribution of culture sites, unsatisfactory service level, separation between supply and demand of cultural resources, inadequately equipped with e-information, and lack of public welfare. Further, this paper looks into the future of public culture service construction in 2013. Finally, it is advised that system modification, deployment alteration, investment steering, institution innovation, and subject addition should be employed to transform and reform the construction of public culture service system. <<
