Spokesman’speech is important in emergencies. This article studied the Spokesman’speech of high concern released by Ministry of Health press conferences in 2012 from attention，intelligibility and reputation. It drew a conclusion in three aspects. First，Spokesman should highlight events，emphasize government action，strengthen viewpoint，confirm subjects and make promises. Second，Spokesman should select the vocabulary which could show state，attitude and degree and reflect personality. Third，Spokesman had five strategies to convey meaning. First，use accurate language and data. Second，compare domestic situations with other countries. Third，summarize the statement. Fourth，make diversified expression and explain them in detail. Fifth，show the attitude clearly and persuade in two aspects.
