2011年度食品安全舆情事件频出,其特点为:食品安全问题频发,季节性和联动性较强;跨地域成为一大特点;曝光路径以群众举报为主,媒体监督与政府督查为辅;舆论传播路径为传统媒体与网络媒体各有所长,网络媒体弊端初现;在舆情应对上,责任主体缺失,监管主体单一;多数危机主体表现为预防机制不足,应对态度良好,效果平平。
<<As annual problems,food safety issues have become frequent in 2011.There are some features of food safety public opinion,such as the strong seasonality,linkage and cross-region and so on.The public reporting becomes the main exposure way,followed by media and government supervision.The opinion propagation paths of both news media and cybermedia have increased,whereas the latter exposed some shortcomings.As far as the responding capacity is concerned,the responsibility of the main is lack,meanwhile the supervision of the subject is in a single.Considering the lack of prevention mechanism of crisis subjects,the subjects show positive attitude towards,while the effect evaluation is so so.
