Doctor-patient relationship is a specific component of our human culture.However，the increasing tension in doctor-patient relationship today will affect not only the healthy medical market，but also the harmonious society.Based on the conception and nature of doctor-patient relationship，and on account of the“dead infant”scandal in Foshan city，Guangdong province，including its overview broadcasting and propagation process，this paper will define the current doctor-patient relationship，elaborate on its lack of humanity，and most importantly，point out the necessity of humanity between doctors and patients.From any point of view，the humanity between doctors and patients will mean a lot both legally and ethically，and it will help a lot in building the mutual trust，promoting the doctor-patient’s harmony，and furthering our society’s harmony and stabilization.
