2011年微博风靡社会各个领域,随着微博商业市场价值日益凸显,诸多企业大力投入微博运营,将其作为自身拓展业务、发布信息、营销管理的重要平台。本报告对2011年的中国企业微博运营进行了评估、分析,研究企业微博运作现状、特点及存在的问题,并提出相应的改良建议:准确定位、系统布局,注重企业整体形象塑造;重视内容建设,善于利用微博平台的应用服务功能;提升互动功能,重视与受众的情感沟通,培养用户忠诚度;定期开展对外宣传,策划有影响力的企业营销活动;提升负面舆情的应对能力,以微博为平台展开危机公关。
<<In 2011,microblog was popular in many fields of our society. With microblog,s business value increasingly highlights,many corporations vigorously input operation on extending business,releasing information,and marketing management through this new platform. This report is to evaluate and to analyse Chinese corporations’ microblog operation in 2011. Researching on the current situation and existing problems,and putting forward some suggestions for improvement:accurate positioning,systematic layout,pay attention to the whole enterprise image;emphasize coptent construction,utilize microblog platform service function;promote interactive function,pay attention to the emotional communication to get the users,loyalty;regularly carry out propaganda,planning influential marketing activities;promote capability to reply negative public opinion’s ascension,and carry out crisis management.
