Under the policy of central government of China，the local government has paid more and more attention to the development of social work in Zhaoqing. Although pushed by the government，the development of social work in Zhaoqing is also at a starting stage. This report mainly introduce social work development in Zhaoqing from three levels，which include the policy level，social work services levels and the social work professional team building. Finally，some conclusions and suggestions are proposed for the future development of social work in Zhaoqing.
