It has been 20 years since the Chinese government approved the establishment of high-tech zones in 1992,which are now stepping into new era.Facing the new situation and new requirements,how to achieve the historic mission of "stimulating innovation,enhancing strategies" is the question for high-tech zones.There are bottlenecks in the development of high-tech zones such as resource restrictions,talent shortage and institutional barriers.This article argues about the realization of regional green growth from the perspective of regional value growth. <<
