The 11th Congress of the CPC of Guangdong Province proposed to vigorously develop the happiness-oriented industries.In the report of Guangzhou 11th Party Congress,it proposed that Conghua will be built as sub-center of Guangzhou city and happiness-oriented industry zone.In this paper,considering the development advantages and basis of Conghua City,the target of Conghua happiness oriented industry zone was clearly set basecl on the existing problems.It also proposed the tasks of developing ecological industry,modern service industry and leisure industry,constructing the industrial zones,promoting energy-saving and emission reduction,as well as developing green and low-carbon economy.The main measures include organization and leadership,planning guidance,system innovation,policy support,capital investment,platform construction,environment,etc. <<
