The CEDB government resigned in February and an early parliamentary election was held in May 2013. Political stability will remain under strain following the formation of a ruling coalition comprising the Bulgarian Socialist Party （BSP） and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms （MRF），representing the ethnic Turks. Bulgarian economy recovered slowly. The centre-left coalition lays an emphasis on tackling unemployment，promoting economic growth and improving business environment. Bulgaria is actively developing relationships with China.
