In 2013，Guangzhou has significantly promoted the development of smart Guangzhou，but there are still some problems do not settled，such as coordination is to be strengthened，infrastructure is to be inadequate，the application level needs to be sharpen up，and innovation consciousness remains to be strengthened. This article put forwards the countermeasures from the above four aspects to promote the smart city construction.
