The Harmonious Election in 2013 became a milestone in Zimbabwe by ending the union government of the ZANU-PF，MDC-T and MDC-M. The ZANU-PF recovered from the humiliation it suffered in the general election in 2008 and regained its role as the sole ruling party in the country. The result of the election reflects the changes in political parties in Zimbabwe. By analyzing the reasons behind the success and failure of the two major parties，this article tries to predict the future development within both the political parties and state policies.
