Employment is the fundament of people’s livelihood. Employment work has not only economical and political meaning，but is also the essential part of social construction. It has remarkable social meaning and this has become a cosmopolitan viewpoint. As the revolution of China’s economical system proceeds，the employment policy of the government experiences the course from plan to market. The government，as the employment policy maker of the society plays the functional role of promoting social fair employment and solving the market’s malfuntion. This essay summarizes the current policy employment system of Beijing，analysis the situation and problems that our city’s employment work faces at present and a period of time later，explores the route and methods that further perfects our city’s employment work，and aims to realize abundant and high-quality employment.
