The real estate and housing construction developed very rapidly after 2000 in Beijing. The average housing level of Beijing urban and town residents improved quickly. Yet，housing differentiation take place among different occupation stratum. Some occupations’ housing level just improved a little. The housing difficult household decreased，but the ratio is still relatively large. High housing prices will keep on，so the housing difficult households have to rely on policy housing.
