The 10^th congress of party representatives and the first meeting of 14^th municipal people’s congress of Guangzhou propose the significant strategy of accelerating the development of urban and rural integration，which means developing modern urbanization and promoting the transformation of rural economic development to achieve the aim of better productivity，prosperous life and ecological civilization. Being one of the three vice central places of Guangzhou，Conghua is an absolutely necessary part of Guangzhou. Based on the problem analysis of establishing beautiful village in Conghua，this paper suggests certain optimized countermeasures.
