In recent years abundant foreign fluid population inhabits in Guangzhou，who form a particular social ecological structure. They bring advantages to international trade and city economy of Guangzhou，but at the same time brings new problems and challenges to national security and city order. Based on the analysis of the present situation and main problems of Guangzhou’s foreign fluid population，this paper proposes specific suggestions from the aspect of optimizing regulations，tightening visa rules and establishing information share platform.
