2013年,中国将保障劳动者劳动报酬权利纳入收入分配格局调整的重要内容。中国政府通过大面积提高最低工资标准、调整工资指导线、进一步扩大集体合同覆盖范围、落实新修订的《劳动合同法》保障劳动者同工同酬权利等措施,形成了以最低工资权利、集体协商权利和同工同酬权利为重点的劳动报酬权利推进格局。但是,中国劳动者劳动报酬权利保障仍然面临挑战,需要从加快最低工资标准和工资指导线的调整、完善调整工资集体协商法律框架、发挥企业工会作用三个方面改进现有措施体系。
<<In the year of 2013,the government of China has taken workers’ labor remuneration right into the reform of income distribution system. It has taken many steps including enacting a higher minimum wage standard,adjusting wage guide line,improving the scope of collective contracts,implementing the newly revised Labor Contract Law in order to achieve protection of labor remuneration right. However,the protection of labor remuneration right in China still get challenged,China needs to improve present regulation system from three aspects which are accelerations for improvements of minimum wage standard and the wage guideline,the adjustment of collective wage bargaining’s legal framework,and functions of enterprise labor unions.
