During 2013，China has faced increasingly serious environmental problems，and ecological civilization construction has received more and more attention；the protection of civil environmental interests has some outcome after the attempts of all parties，but there are still many severe problems such as large area of hazy weather，water pollution，heavy metal pollution requiring our efforts. For this purpose，governmental measures and market means work together to deal with the problems above，we could find many high points during the process of the revise of the Environmental Protection Law：judicial interpretation and typical cases going hand in hand in the environmental judicature，at the same time，China actively participates in the drafting of international environmental treaties，so as to protect the civil environmental interests.
