Corruption infringe upon human rights，anti-corruption is the Protection of Human Rights. China government inncreased the anti-corruption efforts and launched a series of major anti-corruption initiatives in 2013，which have had a great influence on the whole society. China government attached great importance to anti-corruption work，seriously investigated the corruption cases. In spite of this，China’s anti-corruption situation is still severe.
