Sexual assault against the girls has become universal human rights issue. How to protect the girls is also a significant subject in China. In 2013，the cases of sexual assault against the girls in China were widely reported. This article shows the present situation of sexual assault of girls based on 26 cases selected in 2013，and analyses the problems existed in the present legal protections and remedies. In the end，we put forward suggestions from the dimensions of legislation，judicature and society.
