In 2013，the NPC Standing Committee and the State Council of China carried out a series of human rights related legislative measures in fields of social management，culture，education and environment. As a result，the legal protection of human rights has been further strengthened and has experienced a breakthrough in one or two aspects. In the years ahead，China’s legislation on human rights will still facing urgent and arduous task and need to undertake further and effective measures for its improvement.
