The financial reform has been deepened continuously in recent years. It can be regarded as a sign of the growing power of Shaanxi financial institution. This report comprehensively analyses the characteristics of the Shaanxi financial development. It has been found out that the financial development needs to be improved in terms of scale，quality，market and ecology. This paper will，under the new stable monetary policy，put forward countermeasures to the future development of the Shaanxi finance based on the analysis of the statue and environment.
