It is very important for the economic growth and restructuring to speed up the development of financial industry in Sichuan. In the beginning，this report systematically analyzes the financial development of Sichuan province during 2012，which explores the financial development scale，financial development structure，financial deepening and civil financial development. Then it analyzes the existing problems in Sichuan financial development. Based on these problems，this report presents the policy recommendations，anticipation，foresight for the development and the tendency for Sichuan financial industry development.
