The financial industry in Guizhou province developed rapidly from 2008 to 2012. This report presents the development of Guizhou financial industry from five aspects：financial development scale，financial structure，financial deepening，informal finance and financial supervision ability. It has been found out that the development of Guizhou financial industry still has some problems. Social financing scale increases year by year，but it does not effectively power the entity economy. There is a resistance transformation of social capital to the real economy. This report suggests it is necessary to introduce the “competition mechanism” deepening financial reform in Guizhou province.
