The year 2013 witnesses the SCO’s military cooperation continuously deepen on display of many aspects such as the continuous deepening of the mechanism for top leaders’ meetings，the continuous improvement on legal mechanism for military cooperation，the continuously increased normalization of military exercises，the continuous development of miltary technology cooperation，the continuously enhanced capacity to hit the “three strands of force”. The fact that the SCO’s military cooperation continuously deepens has further improved the SCO’s role in and impact on international and regional security.
