The year 2013 is the pioneering time for China to comprehensively deepen reform so as to solve in-depth conflicts and problems with economic and social development，further enmancipate and develop social productive force，reach the goal that economic stablility moves in a benefitial direction，and displays the strategic significance of deepening reform to building a well-off society in an all-rounded way. In the meanwhile，the Chinese Communist Party adheres to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics，having conducted the first batch of mass-line education practice activities with positive results achieved in the building of the executive party’s thought and theory，and style of work and life，and the relations between cardres and masses straightened and improved. With the SCO developing in an in-depth manner，China has enhanced and deepened its comprehensive strategic relations with the Central Asian countries and SCO member states in the entire diplomatic framework.
