本文从国外主要场外市场交易所梳理介绍以及中国场外交易市场20世纪90年代起的起落回顾切入,总结和提炼了决定场外市场交易所竞争力的或然性和必然性两方面要素。本文同时指出,或然性要素对场外交易市场的竞争力有重要影响,而真正决定场外交易市场竞争力的,则在于包括市场化、共性与个性相结合、目标客户、特色风控体系和中小企业孵化培育功能五方面因素在内的一系列必然性要素。本文最后分析了当前我国场外交易市场交易所竞争发展现状与突出问题,并提出了相应政策建议。
<<This paper summarizes and extracts both the probability and necessity factors which decide the competitiveness in OTC market exchange by introducing the main foreign OTC exchanges and reviewing Chinese OTC market’s ups and downs since the 1990s. This paper also displayed a few factors which may have important effects on the competitiveness of exchange in OTC market. But the real decision of the competitiveness of exchange is a series of necessity factors which contains five factors such as Marketization,the combination of universality and individuality,target customers,characteristic risk prevention and control system,small and mediumenterprises incubation and cultivation function,etc. Finally,this paper analyzed the current competition status and prominent problems in Chinese OTC exchange market and put forward a few corresponding policy suggestions.
