An index system has been created to determine the degree of identification of demand for public services from municipal city governments.It includes the multiplicity of channels,the promptness of recognition,and the completeness of coverage.According to the statistical results,the 19 sub-provincial governments studied can be divided into four categories.Wuhan,Shanghai and Nanjing are ranked "excellent",Hangzhou,Guangzhou,Ningbo,Qingdao,Tianjin,Xi'an and Shenyang are ranked "good",Xiamen,Ji'nan,Chengdu,Shenzhen and Beijing are ranked "general",Changchun,Dalian,Harbin and Chongqing are ranked "poor".Finally,the results of the analyses are summarized;the demand for services identification questions for each of the cities studied are listed according to the order of results;and,suggestions are proposed. <<
