The 18th national Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that we should support China’s future economic growth with new-style urbanization. The building of new-style urbanization needs huge amounts of money，but the existing financial funding and the mode of the local government financing platform rely too much on the land finance，which is not sustainable. Through the analysis of the five distinctive financing modes including government special funds，municipal bonds，securitization of asset，financial support that meets the urbanization and multi-level capital market，the paper states that we should set up diversified financing system，improve multi-level capital market and make full use of the financing market，which can improve the construction of the new-style urbanization.
