Based on the analysis of traditional parking policy，the related theories foundation of parking policy management and market parking policy，by summarizing from the city parking policy implementation experience of different countries，the paper provides the ways to adjust the balance of travel demand for Guangzhou to strengthen the management of parking，traffic jams，the regional different parking policy ideas and the division of parking control region classification，moderate control center city parking，gradually promote market-oriented parking countermeasures，to provide reference for relevant departments.
