This paper analyzes the necessity of strategy transformation，discusses the current research status of strategic transformation and strategic transformation of the connotation，characteristics，and analysis process，introduces the macro environment of our country enterprise strategic transformation and selected several industries that were impacted more severe by various factors in 2013 including banking industry，coal industry，the real estate industry，steel industry and shipping industry to analysis their strategic transformation.
