This paper shows that to develop the Chinese management，we must pay attention to the research on Communist Party and the PLA’s management theories；because it proofed the management architecture system of the Communist Party and the PLA，introduced the main contents of its management philosophy，theory，methods and the art of leadership，analysed the contemporary value of these contents，and provided some opinions and suggestions for how to carry out the study.
