The emergence of cyberspace has changed the geo-political in traditional sense，the safety issue of cyberspace has become one of the major issues of common concern to all countries of the world，national security will in danger as long as the network security is not safe. This paper analysed the strategic significance of the cyberspace security for national security，and its impact on national security，also proposed a long-term mechanism，basic principles，key elements，strategic objectives and specific initiatives to support national cyberspace security management.
