Due to various reasons，China has a large number of workers suffering from occupational diseases.Though the state and provincial governments have set up channels to resolve their medical needs and living problems，some of these channels are not stable and the security level is comparatively low，and part of the occupational-diseases patients have failed to get basic medical treatment and living security.This article suggests that the government，work-related injury insurance，and working units should take their responsibilities together in adopting efficient measures to make sure every worker with occupational diseases can enjoy work-related injury benefits and rights.
