    我国工资分配发展现状与前景展望

    摘要

    本文从工资收入分配发展现状、需要处理好的几大关系、工资分配的前景展望三个方面分析了我国当前工资分配情况。2013年,面对世界经济复苏艰难、国内经济下行压力加大、多重矛盾交织的复杂形势,我国工资收入分配制度改革取得积极进展。职工工资水平保持较快增长,最低工资标准稳步提高,工资集体协商不断推进,地区、行业、不同群体间的工资分配关系逐步得到改善,工资指导线、工资指导价位等政府工资宏观调控体系进一步完善,为切实解决好人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,逐步形成合理有序的收入分配格局迈出重要的一步。但是也必须看到,我国工资收入分配领域仍存在一些亟待解决的突出问题。为此,工资收入分配要处理好各种关系。要按照深化改革的总体要求,进一步深化工资收入分配制度改革,建立工资决定和正常增长机制,合理调整分配结构,切实理顺分配关系,加快工资立法步伐,规范收入分配秩序,完善公共服务体系,形成合理有序的工资收入分配格局。

    Abstract

    This article has analyzed our country’s current salary distribution,based on three aspects,that is,the wage and income distribution situation,the need to deal with several relationships,and wage distribution prospect.In 2013,faced with the difficult world economic recovery,downward pressure on the domestic economy,the multiple contradictions of a complex situation,the reform of the wage and income distribution system made positive progress in our country. The average wage maintained a rapid growth,the minimum wage increased steadily,and collective wage negotiations constantly promoted. Furthermore,wage distribution relationship between regions,industries,or different groups gradually improved. Meanwhile,the wage guidelines,wage levels guidance and other government macro-control system got further improved.These measures effectively take an important step in solving the problems that people most concerned about,and the most direct and practical interests,and in forming a reasonable and orderly pattern of income distribution. But it must be noted that in the field of wage income distribution,there are still some important problems to be solved.To this end,wage and income distribution should handle all relationships. To deepen the reform in accordance with the general requirements,and further deepen the reform of income distribution system of wages,establish wage determination and normal growth mechanism,reasonable adjustments to the distribution structure,effectively rationalize it,to accelerate the pace of wage legislation,regulate income distribution,improve the public service system,and form a reasonable and orderly pattern of income distribution of wages.
