The paper states the necessity of enhancing the economic and technology cooperation of Guangzhou and Israel on the aspects of international political and economic stage，resource endowment and its availability，the interest relevance of Guangzhou and Israel，and the present cooperation status. The paper analyses the comprehensive holding power and innovative power，and the comparative advantage of industrial base，service function，liberalization level and economic strength of Guangzhou and Israel’s cooperation，and puts forward six countermeasures on the economic and technology cooperation between Guangzhou and Israel.
