留学归国人员是我国经济社会发展的重要人才支撑。近年来我国在引进留学人员回国创新创业方面做了不少努力和探索,初步形成包括需求对接、评价、支持、服务保障以及工作管理在内的立体化的引才机制体系。本文对当前我国引才机制的各个方面进行了现状梳理及问题分析,在此基础上提出了完善符合留学人员特点引才机制的相关建议。
<<The returned overseas Chinese students are crucial backup forces for China’s economic and social development. In the recent years,China has made effortless explorations on introducing the overseas Chinese students back to China to set up businesses and make innovations,and has preliminarily formed a three-dimensional talent introduction mechanism in the aspects of needs-matching,appraisal,support,service and job management. This research covers the status-quo of all aspects of the talent introduction mechanism in China,analyses the existing problems,and puts forward related suggestions for completing the talent introduction mechanism suiting the special traits of overseas Chinese students.
