Labor protection, as the most important part of corporate social responsibility, in practice, it tends to be the most prone area of disputes. Many fields, such as wages, working hours, job security, the right to organize trade unions, social insurance and welfare benefits, occupational safety and health, collective bargaining, employee participation, have great chance to become a hidden danger that may revise contradictions. A variety of labor disputes, not only become an obstacle to our corporate social responsibility practices, but also cause damages to harmonious society construction. In current economic conditions, the external environment is full of pressure, which make corporates fulfilling their social responsibility to create a good labor protection system much harder. This article, divided into four parts, will give objective statement about the development trend of China's labor protections, present characteristics and problems since 2009. In our article, we will give some relatively cautious policy recommendations, in order to guide enterprises to take corporate social responsibility practices more realistic and fulfill the responsibility to protect the labor.
