微博反腐是利用微博进行涉腐信息传播的一种舆论监督手段,微博平台所具有的用户自制、关系主导自媒体特性,决定了微博反腐这一信息传播行为由用户而不是由运营商主导。由于微博运营商已经由传统的信息传播者退隐为平台搭建者和服务提供者,微博平台形形色色的用户则化身为信息传播主体。作为微博用户筛选和推举的舆论生成引领者,微博意见领袖在微博反腐舆论生成中居于什么样的地位?又产生了什么样的作用?本文通过对微博反腐舆论生成不同阶段和过程中意见领袖的传播行为的分析,来剖析和揭示意见领袖在微博反腐中的身份建构和社会责任。
<<Anti-corruption micro-blogging is a supervise means of public opinion that use the micro-blogging to communication the corruption information,if was defined by the self-media character(User generated content& Relationship leading) of micro-blogging that the user leading the anti-corruption. The different users turn into the subject of the communication when the micro-blogging mechanism retreat from the communicator to the platform constructor and service provider. As the leading part in the public opinion becoming who choose and elected by the micro-blogging users,what is the position and function of the public opinion leader in the anti- corruption public opinion becoming?This paper aims to analysis and reveal the identity construction and social responsibility with the study of the communication action of public opinion leader in the different stage and process of anti-corruption public opinion becoming.
