本文主要采用内容分析法对政务微博在突发事件中的信息发布及其影响进行研究。研究发现,政务微博在突发事件中发布消息以中立态度和原创为主,准确利用有效时间发布关键帖,发布消息的频率与突发事件不同阶段相适应,但也存在不同突发事件发布的消息量严重失衡、粉丝参与度差异明显等问题。本研究认为,事发当地的政务微博更应注重发挥主导作用;应提高受众参与度和互动度,发布关键帖引导舆论;要坚持受众本位发布理念,彰显政府责任。
<<This article mainly adopts content analysis method to study administrative microbloggings’ information release and influences in the emergencies. According to the study,administrative microbloggings make good use of time to publish key information in the emergencies,most of which is neutral and original. Moreover,at the various stages of the emergency,the frequency of information release is different. But there are some problems at the same time;when it comes to different emergencies,there exist serious imbalances on the amount of the information,obvious differences of fans participation,and so on. The research suggests that locally administrative microbloggings should pay more attention to play a dominant role. As to administrative microbloggings,they should improve the audiences’ participation and interaction and release the key information to guide public opinion. Moreover,they should persist in the audience-oriented concept and show the government responsibility.
