政府形象的塑造离不开新媒体对社会责任的坚守。相关研究则有利于提升民众的政府信任度。本次针对大学生群体的实证研究发现,中国政府形象呈现出“金字塔”形结构,即对中央政府执政能力的评价高于地方政府。虽然我国国家领导人的形象和评价良好,但是普通公务员形象的提升仍然需要做出积极的努力。另外,媒介接触影响着大学生对我国政府形象的认知,媒介接触的频率和大学生政府信任度之间呈现正相关关系。传统媒体在“权威”、“深度”等方面继续领跑新媒体,而新媒体在大学生中的普及率和影响力则远高于传统媒体。要塑造良好的政府形象,媒体必须承担起应负的社会责任。新媒体作为媒介新势力,既容易成为政府形象危机的策源地,又可以成为政府形象危机的“灭火器”。在塑造政府形象过程中,新媒体必须负起舆论引导的责任。
<<The government’s image-building projects can not do without the new media to adhere to social responsibility. Related research is conducive to improve the public’s trust in government. This empirical research on college students found that Chinese government image showing a “pyramid” structure,the evaluation of the central government’s ruling ability is higher than the local government. Although the image evaluation of China’s national leaders are good,the image of ordinary civil servants still need to make a positive effort. In addition,media contact affects the cognition of college students about the image of our government,the frequency of media contact and the degree of trust are present positive correlation. The traditional media continue to lead the new media in the “authority” and “depth”,however,the penetration and influence of new media are far higher than the traditional media. Media must assume their social responsibility to shape a good image of the government. As a new force of medium,the new media is easily become a source of the government image crisis,and it can easily become the “fire extinguisher”in government image crisis. In the process of shaping the image of the government,the new media must take the responsibility to guide public opinions.
