This paper introduces the present situation of the cultural industry of the four provinces in the Changjiang Middle Reaches Urban Agglomeration. The urban agglomeration has the same cultural background，founded on common cultural resources. At present，the initial cultural cooperation has been conducted in the urban agglomeration to pave the way for the future cooperation in the area of cultural tourism industry，radio and television industry，as well as animation and game industry. Strategies and suggestions are made in the paper about the cooperation path and mechanism.
