In this paper，with the construction of the Changjiang Middle Reaches Urban Agglomeration as the background，analysis is made of the current situation and problems of the regional cooperation in the Wuhan City Circle，Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group，Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and Wanjiang City Belt. It also discusses the characteristics and mode of Wuhan City Circle in cross-regional cooperation，and proposes the cross-regional cooperation strategy of Wuhan City Circle.
