Based on the survey conducted in eight major cities（including Beijing），the study found that the general social trust had reached the level of “Basic trust”，coming back to the pass line above level. The trust on department has a all-round improvement in five different fields. Three major factors which contributed to the improvement of general social trust are：the improvement of government image，the decline of social deception，and the gratifying changes of social media.
