The study attempts to explore the characters of Beijing residents values. Through factor analysis，Values of Beijing residents is identified to emphasize the importance of a social and ignore the importance of a individual. Its core is family-orientation. It has two levels five dimensions. Two levels are Society primacy values and individual primacy values. Society primacy values cover family-orientation，nation-orientation and the traditional moral-orientation. Individual primacy values cover the modern value-Orientation，the individual achievement-orientation. Then we analyse influence factors of Values of Beijing residents. Finally，we offer suggestions to guide Beijing residents to establish a positive value.
